Questions & Answers
Straight answers to the things people actually ask us.
Do I need any experience or qualifications to enrol?
No. Our programmes are designed for career changers and complete beginners. You don’t need a degree, a background in finance, or any prior experience. If you’re motivated and ready to learn, that’s enough.
What does “guaranteed placement” actually mean?
It means exactly what it says. Complete your training and you’ll be placed in a 12-week work placement with a UK employer. It’s written into your enrolment agreement. We don’t say “we’ll try” – we guarantee it.
How long does the whole programme take?
The training phase is 12–16 weeks depending on the programme. After that, your 12-week work placement begins. So from start to finish, you’re looking at roughly 6 months to be fully trained with real work experience on your CV.
Is the training online or in person?
The training is delivered live online. That means real tutors, real-time interaction, and the ability to ask questions – not pre-recorded videos you watch alone. You can study from anywhere in the UK as long as you’ve got a laptop and internet.
How much does it cost?
£1,995 in total. That covers everything – all training, your CPD-accredited certification, the guaranteed 12-week placement, career coaching, CV workshops, and interview prep. If you’d rather spread the cost, you can pay a £495 deposit and then £300 a month for 5 months. No credit checks, no interest.
Are the certifications recognised by employers?
Yes. All our courses are CPD accredited, which is recognised by employers throughout the UK. For our HR programme, the syllabus is aligned to CIPD standards. For Accounting, you’ll be trained on Sage 50 and Xero – the software that most UK businesses actually use.
Where are the placements based?
Placements are with UK employers. Many are office-based, and some offer remote or hybrid options depending on the role and employer. We’ll work with you to find a placement that’s practical for your location.
Can I study while working full-time?
It depends on your schedule, but many of our students do. The live sessions are structured to be manageable alongside other commitments. During the placement phase, you’ll need to be available during working hours. Have a chat with our admissions team and we’ll figure out what works for you.
What if I’m not sure which programme is right for me?
That’s what the free admissions call is for. We’ll talk through your background, interests, and goals – and recommend the programme that fits best. And if none of them are right for you, we’ll tell you that too. We’d rather be honest than sign up the wrong person.
Do people actually get hired after the placement?
Yes – many of our graduates are offered a permanent role by their placement employer. And even when that doesn’t happen, they leave with 3 months of real experience, a recognised qualification, professional references, and a CV that stands out. That’s a completely different starting position than someone who just did an online course.
What programmes do you offer?
Right now we’re enrolling for Accounting, Human Resources, Business Analyst, Digital Marketing, Financial Analyst, and Mortgage Advisor. We’re also developing programmes in Software Development, IT Support, and Cyber Security – coming soon.
